The experience I had with Lynda and Kayla were wonderful and excellent! They really went above and beyond since I had an early flight and was able to provide me and my family with to go bags, even if they didn’t need to. The rooms were roomy and clean. Overall, I was very impressed and happy and I will definitely be staying here again.
We arrived at the hotel Wednesday night for an overnight stay and instantly ran into a major drama. The hotel’s computer had failed to update which rooms were occupied and which ones had been cleaned! Thanks to the tireless efforts of Ms Clemencia and many, many trips up and down the stairs and a call from her manager they were able to rectify the issue. Many thanks to the both of them! This is wonderful property and would stay here again.
I just want to say how pleased I was with my stay. The manager Ruben goes above and beyond to make you have a pleasant stay and you couldn't ask for a better staff. They make you feel very welcome. Even welcomed my service dog. If I were to come back to the Phoenix area this will be the place that I stay. If I have any family that need to come this way I can guarantee you they'll be staying here as well.
Traveling for work. I use IHG and only get gov't per diem. 113 dollars in August. This hotel was just under. Clean rooms, clean everything. Nice pool area and covered patio. Needed in this 110 degree heat. Disappointed the washer machine was broken, had to wait. Then the next time they didn't have enough change, so I went to Sud's laundromat, which was nice, one dollar more to wash. Breakfast in the morning, some days they clean up 5 to 10 minutes early and I missed out. Good location, friendly staff.
I had surgery up in this town and my air bnb didn’t work out due to a maintenance issue. Due to my surgery it was very important to be very clean, have a washer and dryer, and be very easy to get around. This place was perfect! I was afraid of staying in hotels due to the germs. This hotel was extremely clean. They are very kind and helpful. The manager Ruben was always working hard and very helpful with anything he could do. If you are in this area I highly recommend staying here. For a little hotel they have top service!
Went for weekend Texas Rangers games with my son. Rooms kind of small with no frills, but was clean, modern, and well taken care of. Everyone was very friendly, professional, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast buffet was kept warm/hot and fresh. No complaints & very happy with our stay.
The hospitality here was amazing! I didn’t feel like just a guest. I felt truly welcomed and cared for. Everyone went above and beyond to assist me in any way possible, which isn’t something you see very often these days. I especially want to thank Clemencia for her kindness and attention to detail in making sure my day was as comfortable as possible.
The Garner Hotel is very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a great place to stay. Lynda was especially kind and helped us with everything we needed. Highly recommended
